Role Overview: As a Commercial Construction Project Leader, you will be instrumental in steering the successful delivery of drywall projects across various commercial settings. Your collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams will be crucial as you manage every phase of project execution, from the initial planning stages through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.
- Utilize industry-standard software for project estimation and management.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid (OnCenter Software) and/or Plexxis Software, or similar tools.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the commercial drywall or metal framing sector, with a background as a Project Manager or Estimator.
- A solid understanding of diverse commercial construction projects.
- Self-driven, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
