The ideal candidate will have an active state license, be board certified, and possess ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications. Additionally, they should be comfortable working 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, with a patient load of 15 patients during a 24-hour period. The candidate should also be proficient in sutures, splints, I&D, foreign body removal, chest tubes, intubation, and central lines.
