Computed Tomography Technologist

As a CT Technologist with our team, you will play a vital role in providing superior patient care and ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services.

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. This opportunity allows individuals to work on a flexible schedule, covering multiple sites across the Westchester area.

• Greet and interact with patients, visitors, vendors, and all faculty and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform CT studies and general radiological procedures, including reviewing imaging requests for appropriateness and positioning patients for optimal imaging.
• Judge diagnostic quality of finished medical images prior to submission to radiologists for interpretation.
• Operate and maintain equipment on a daily basis, ensuring logbooks are up-to-date and records are accurately maintained.

• A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, including operating PET/CT equipment.
• NYS License, ARRT/CT certification, and current BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to de-escalate stressful situations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and execute appropriate actions.
