At Vic's River Grill, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dishroom, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Monitor and maintain the dishwasher, ensuring it is functioning properly and efficiently.
• Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
