  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with various departments to expedite shipment processing and reduce bottlenecks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Technology Utilization: Employ warehouse management systems (e.g., Netsuite, RF-Smart) for tracking shipments, inventory levels, and performance metrics, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols within the receiving area, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Issue Resolution: Address concerns related to damaged goods, lost items, or shipping errors promptly, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Keep up-to-date records and reports to track operations and performance, providing valuable insights for process improvement and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in warehouse receiving, with a minimum of [2] years in a supervisory role.
