Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Tommy Hilfiger. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our merchandise through exceptional customer service and execution of our TH Customer Service Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, promotions, and special events to effectively communicate with customers.
- Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on the sales floor and ensure the store is visually distinctive and well-maintained.
- Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures and adhere to operational policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with store management to achieve sales goals and business results.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
