Host/Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Host/Busser to join our team at 7 Hills Brewing Co, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a warm and inviting manner, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
• Assess guests' dining needs and provide personalized service to ensure their satisfaction.
• Manage the seating chart efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless dining experience for all guests.
• Monitor restaurant activity to optimize seating and dining flow, ensuring maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests, providing timely and courteous service.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Assist colleagues with side work, including cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware, to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships and achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required
