{"Job Title": "Speech Language Pathologist", "Job Summary": "Osseo Area Schools is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing service and support to students in the area of speech and language development. Your duties will include writing and implementing individual student goals and objectives, evaluating student performance, promoting student achievement, and maintaining required student records. You will also be responsible for making related reports to site administrators and working with guardians/caregivers to develop student plans. Additionally, you will perform classroom management duties, enforce district rules, and make appropriate use of resources and technologies. You will work collaboratively with others and be willing to participate in district, building, and department leadership activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide speech and language services to students
* Develop and implement individual student plans
* Evaluate student performance and progress
* Maintain student records and make related reports
* Work with guardians/caregivers to develop student plans
* Perform classroom management duties
* Enforce district rules and regulations
* Make appropriate use of resources and technologies

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree required
* MN teaching license in appropriate field
* Ability to work collaboratively with others
* Willingness to participate in district, building, and department leadership activities
