Coffee Shop Server

We are seeking a skilled Beverage and Pastry Specialist to join our team at White Rhino Coffee. As a key member of our caf staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by preparing high-quality beverages and serving delicious pastries.

About the Role:

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to order
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and surrounding areas
• Exhibit strong knowledge of our menu items, including beverages and pastries
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 17 years of age
• Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
• Ability to attend every monthly staff meeting
• Ability to comply with punctuality and performance standards

Compensation and Benefits:

• $7.25 - $9.50 per hour + $4- $6 tips, based on experience
• 401k and Telehealth (including mental health) after 6-month employment
• Opportunity to participate in additional company benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.) if 30 hr average over 6-month employment
