Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers with genuine enthusiasm over the phone and in person, communicating clearly and concisely adapting style to suit customers
  • Using all systems to manage customer flow to deliver 5-star customer experience (Appointments/Customers/Point of sale system)
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly working relationship with coworkers and management
  • Staying up-to-date on products, promotions, and events to provide expert knowledge to customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or service-oriented environment preferred
  • Prior experience with computerized POS system desired
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
