Key Responsibilities:

The Bartender will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving beverages and food to guests, adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintaining knowledge of signature drinks and wine selections.
  • Utilizing appropriate glassware and stemware for each drink.
  • Engaging with guests to provide exceptional service, including eye contact and respectful conversation.
  • Keeping the bar area clean and organized.
  • Following health and safety regulations as set by local authorities.
  • Assisting with food service when necessary.
  • Training and mentoring new staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a similar establishment.

  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques.

Work Environment:
