Job ResponsibilitiesThe Industrial Maintenance Technicians will be tasked with the inspection, repair, and enhancement of all machinery, facilities, and related equipment to guarantee seamless production operations. Opportunities are available for various shifts, including evening and overnight schedules, with potential for weekend work.
Key Duties:- Diagnose and rectify malfunctioning components leading to equipment failures.
- Analyze persistent issues to avert future operational disruptions.
- Employ diagnostic tools and techniques to uncover underlying problems.
- Educate equipment users to minimize the risk of damage.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machinery remains in peak condition.
- Assist with facility maintenance and repair initiatives.
- Keep thorough records of all maintenance activities using management software.
- Support machine setups and transitions as required.
- Uphold a tidy and secure work environment in accordance with industry standards.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance roles.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; technical training is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical skills; candidates must pass internal assessments.
- Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Familiarity with electrical systems up to 480 Volt VAC.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing PLC systems.
- Understanding of lockout-tagout safety protocols.
- Proficiency in operating machine shop equipment.
- Skills in Mig and Tig welding.
- Knowledge of plumbing and refrigeration systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic system diagnostics.
