Job Title: Clinical Tech.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Tech to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a Clinical Tech, you will provide clinical and administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including preparing exam and treatment rooms, triaging patients, and assisting with lab testing and phlebotomy.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as checking in patients, verifying insurance eligibility, and relaying relevant information on payment policies and billing/collection processes.
• Work as part of the overall team, answering telephone, taking messages, and returning voicemails in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare patient charts by virtual patient communication, generally phone or video conferencing.
• Assist with patient follow-ups, including but not limited to: pharmacy requests, patient paperwork, scheduling, and clinical calls with patients or other facilities.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent with a current CPR license.
• At least 1 year of experience as a certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic preferred in a clinic setting, preferably urgent care.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant school strongly preferred.
