Job Summary
Aequor Technologies seeks an experienced Critical Care Professional to join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse. This 13-week contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced ICU environment, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and critical care to patients.

Responsibilities and Requirements
* Provide comprehensive and critical care to patients in the ICU
* Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary ICU team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Monitor vital signs and manage life-sustaining treatments
* Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood products as prescribed by physicians
* Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors
* Perform routine and emergency procedures, such as intubations, central line placements, and cardiac monitoring
* Provide emotional support and education to patients' families, explaining complex medical information and updates on the patient's condition
* Current RN state license in good standing
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting
* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
* Strong knowledge of critical care procedures, equipment, and pharmacology
* Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-stress, fast-paced environments
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
