Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide instructional support to students with mild to moderate special needs, utilizing a range of strategies and techniques to promote academic and social growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure seamless integration of special education services
- Provide behavioral support and interventions to promote positive student behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure student progress and well-being
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field, with a valid teaching certification, is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A competitive daily rate of $125, with a $25 step increase every 30 days (capped at $175), and a comprehensive benefits package.
