Job Summary

Cereal Ingredients Inc is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems for industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Supervise the workflow of maintenance interns and production personnel qualified to assist with maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct training sessions for maintenance interns and production workers to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with BRC, GMP, and OSHA standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary technical training and education in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical wiring, soldering, and welding equipment, as well as programming and troubleshooting PLC control systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, calibration of electronic and analog measuring and recording instruments, and use of two-way radios and other office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production personnel, maintenance interns, and other stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends when required.
