Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Envelope Adjusters to support our production team. The Envelope Adjuster plays a crucial role in configuring the envelope machinery assigned to them, ensuring the efficient production of scheduled orders. Responsibilities include performing maintenance to uphold machine operations and verifying the quality of the produced items. Collaborating closely with Envelope Operators, Adjusters will work as a cohesive unit to ensure optimal machine performance and achievement of production targets. Quality assurance is a key responsibility of this role.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a machine adjuster
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic mathematics, including fractions and measurements
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must successfully pass drug screening, E-Verify, and background checks
Physical Requirements:

In this role, employees are regularly required to reach with hands and arms and communicate effectively. The position necessitates standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds is required. Vision requirements include the ability to see clearly at close range.
