Insurance Claims Representative Role

Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Representative to investigate and evaluate multi-line insurance claims. This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $90,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough claim investigations to determine the validity and extent of claims
  • Interview insureds, claimants, and witnesses to gather information and evidence
  • Analyze claim facts and policy coverage to make informed decisions
  • Inspect property and auto damages to assess the extent of losses
  • Prepare detailed reports of findings and negotiate settlements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license to conduct site visits
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as insurance or risk management
