Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Snohomish Commercial team as a Commercial Banking Officer. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining a portfolio of commercial loans, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Developing and implementing effective calling programs to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of commercial banking experience, preferably in loan underwriting, credit analysis, or relationship management.
  • Excellent business development skills, including prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial information and make sound decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
