Job Responsibilities:- Deliver and oversee the care of acutely ill hospitalized patients with the support of a proficient ancillary team, including a Rapid Response Team.
- Function within a collegial and professional setting on a 7-day block schedule.
- Provide comprehensive or partial services to private attending physicians who choose to utilize Hospitalist Services.
- Participate in monthly Hospitalist meetings.
- Engage in quality improvement and Patient Experience committees.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Manage an average caseload of 15-17 patients.
- Adapt to evolving CMS regulations with flexibility.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
- Certification in ACLS/BLS.
- Training in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine/Family Practice.
USD $165.00 /Hr.
This range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
