The Nowak Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Lead to enhance our innovative team and bolster our Sales & Service divisions. The primary duties encompass evaluating and endorsing proposals, test plans, and test reports, offering technical training and guidance to team members, and cultivating new capabilities to foster profitable expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and validate proposals, test plans, and test reports for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Conduct coordination studies and provide informed recommendations based on collected data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to formulate execution strategies for projects.
- Establish strong relationships with clients by delivering effective technical solutions.
- Remain informed about technological advancements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Design training programs for technicians and assist in business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Understanding of NFPA and IEEE standards.
- Experience in collecting electrical equipment data.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as SKM, ETAP, etc.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineering License is required.
