We are currently recruiting for Fall and Winter 2024 graduates to join our New Grad RN program at Saint Vincent Hospital.

This comprehensive 12-month program is designed to create a solid foundation for new nurses, focusing on delegation and priority setting skills, holistic patient care through interdisciplinary communication, and establishment of valuable professional relationships.

As a new grad RN, you will have the opportunity to experience different shifts, patient populations, and unit cultures, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients, and supervising staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.

Please note that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, which includes a drug screen.

Education requirements include graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school, or currently enrolled in nursing school with a graduation date within the next 12 months.

Certifications required include current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse, and CPR certification.
