Optometrist Opportunity

At Walmart, we're seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team as an Independent Eye Care Professional. As an Independent Optometrist, you'll have the autonomy to establish your own practice within our Sam's Club facilities, providing high-quality eye care services to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to patients
• Establish your own schedule and fee structure
• Manage your own patient schedule and administrative tasks
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest eye care technologies and techniques

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
• W-9
