ICU Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced ICU Supervisor to join our team at Incredible Health in the Temecula, CA area. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our Registered Nurses in the ICU department.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Registered Nurses in the ICU department
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate records and reports on patient outcomes and staff performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care coordination

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an ICU Nurse with a strong background in leadership and supervision
• Active California RN license and BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Competitive salary: $123,145 - $153,399 per year
