Insurance Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Service Professional to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - John Thompson. As an Insurance Service Professional, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our local agency by engaging with existing and new prospects, building strong relationships in the community, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, explaining coverage details, and answering any questions they may have.
- Process policy changes and endorsements with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with our policyholders, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
- Identify and qualify additional sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
- Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain insurance license quickly.
- Dependable, honest, and hardworking.
- Straight-forward communicator with empathy and compassion.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring, and driven to fulfill customers' needs.
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
