About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Support Lead to join our team at Five Below. As a Support Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience, while also driving sales and controlling expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager in directing the Front End Lead(s) and sales associates
  • Responsible for all key functions of the store as directed
  • Wow the Customer by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience
  • Lead Front End Operations, including cash management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales
  • Assist with training and development of sales associates
  • Review corporate communications and react accordingly
  • Partner with supervisors or corporate office regarding store issues
  • Drive store sales and control expenses
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure
