The Talent Manager Role
This role reports to the Director of Talent. Compensation: $3000 a week
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and manage talent contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Coordinate with production, creative, and account management teams to facilitate smooth talent operations. Maintain relationships with talent agents, managers, and legal representatives. Assist the Director, Talent in developing and implementing talent management strategies and processes.
Requirements
5 to 7 years experience working with production contracts. Strong understanding of business affairs, legal compliance, and contract negotiation within the advertising and entertainment industries. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding and application of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Code and other applicable union agreements.
