  • Cutting, welding, and grinding various materials
  • MIG and TIG welding for aluminum, steel, and other materials
  • Layout and assembly of components
  • Operation of fabricating machines, such as iron workers and plasma cutters
  • Self-evaluation of work to ensure quality product production
  • Competence with hand-calibrated tools
  • Ability to grasp special processes
  • Reading and interpreting technical documentation, including bills of material, prints, and specifications
Requirements
  • 1 year of MIG welding experience required
  • Current and valid certification a plus
  • Experience working on manufacturing sites and with power tools
  • Knowledge of manufacturing site best practices and safety procedures
  • Ability to work to schedules and follow directions
