Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical psychology services with patients using evidence-based psychosocial techniques to facilitate adaptation to psychological development and environmental demands.
- Apply clinical psychology knowledge and practice to assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and aftercare planning.
- Provide individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and group co-leadership services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Serve as a liaison to other healthcare professionals and interface with payers and managed care organizations.
- Participate in program and hospital administrative activities, including staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital committees.
- Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. degree in psychology from an accredited school of psychology.
- Licensure appropriate to clinical discipline.
- Basic computer skills to use electronic systems for communication, clinical, and administrative purposes.
