Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and adherence to treatment plans
- Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to travel to all business locations
