We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist with AccentCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements
  • Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to travel to all business locations
