ER Technician

Vista Medical Center East, a Level II Trauma Center-certified Emergency Department, is seeking an Emergency Room Technician to join their team. As a vital member of the healthcare delivery team, this individual will provide essential administrative support and perform patient care activities within the scope of licensure and training.

The ideal candidate will assist with patient assessment, collect patient data, and perform diagnostic tests and procedures. They will also implement a plan of care by performing basic patient care tech nursing skills and deliver individualized patient care.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must meet certain qualifications, including a high school diploma or equivalent, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers - CPR certification, and completion of an IL-approved CNA training program or equivalent. They must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
