We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analog Design Engineer with expertise in Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) design to join our team at Nexperia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, simulate, and optimize high-performance analog circuits for PMICs, including voltage regulators, DC-DC converters, and LDOs.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system architects, digital designers, and layout engineers, to ensure successful integration of analog circuits into PMICs.
  • Design Reviews and Testing: Conduct design reviews, analyze and debug circuits, and perform system-level testing to validate performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Methodology and Best Practices: Collaborate with other engineers to define and implement design methodologies and best practices for PMIC design.
  • Technology and Innovation: Keep up to date with the latest developments in analog and power management technology and apply this knowledge to improve PMIC design.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in analog circuit design with a focus on PMICs.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of analog and power management circuit design principles, including voltage regulation, DC-DC conversion, and LDOs. Proficiency with simulation tools such as Cadence or Spice. Experience with layout design, layout review, and layout versus schematic (LVS) verification. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on analog circuit design.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
