Job Title: Operating Room Nurse

CrossMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring the highest level of safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and report patient responses to interventions, ensuring timely and effective care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the operating room, preferably in a travel nursing setting.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members.
