Key Responsibilities
Work Schedule:
8am-5pm Saturday and Sunday, 3pm-12am Monday, 11:30pm-8:30am Tuesday and Wednesday
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for both students and staff. Participate in the investigation of incidents and accidents to enhance safety measures.
• Conduct thorough investigations of all incidents as directed by management, preparing necessary reports and suggesting corrective actions.
• Perform regular safety inspections and evaluations of all facilities and equipment to identify potential hazards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and standards.• Document incidents and accident investigations according to established protocols.
• Conduct routine security tours across the center and assist in monitoring student activities.
• Respond to emergencies and requests for assistance.
• Oversee center security, visitor management, and student accountability.
• Assist dormitory staff with inspections and searches for prohibited items.
• Maintain the security and cleanliness of the center's facilities.
• Provide support in residential, recreational, and transportation activities as needed.
• Deliver high-quality supervision and management for the student body.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; advanced degrees are preferred. Experience in Job Corps or related programs is advantageous. A valid in-State Driver's License is necessary, along with meeting company insurability criteria.
Physical demands include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and assess lifting loads to request assistance when necessary.
