Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex repairs and maintenance on Ford vehicles, adhering to dealership policies and procedures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide accurate estimates and execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician, with a strong background in Ford vehicles.
  • Ford Master Certification is a must.
  • A-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
