Key Responsibilities
- Meet hospital hiring standards and maintain current RN licensure with the State of Arkansas.
- Utilize Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) to analyze and present data insights.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and physicians to educate and promote best practices.
- Apply analytical skills to solve complex problems and improve clinical workflows.
- Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey data insights to stakeholders.
- Understand and prioritize assigned duties and responsibilities, and use appropriate procedures and tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, and take ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Project a positive work attitude and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and corporate personnel.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other clinical area, ADN, or graduate of certified nursing program.
- Current RN license with the State of Arkansas.
