Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement scalable, user-friendly, and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and developing custom Salesforce applications, leveraging both declarative and custom development tools.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategic solutions and enhancements that meet business needs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 6+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 3-4+ years' experience in salesforce.com development, production, and customization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to use testing and query tools such as Salesforce Data loader, Workbench, Developer Console, and Visual Studio Code.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong leadership skills.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
