Our OpportunityWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician/Medical Director Post-Acute Long Term Care to join our team. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for performing consultations primarily in skilled nursing facilities. You will have the opportunity to build an autonomous practice while making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Round at assigned facilities for physician-only responsibilities.
- Collaborate with OnSite nurse practitioners to provide comprehensive care.
- Assume facility Medical Directorships to ensure high-quality care.
- Provide education on best practices to improve patient outcomes.
- Integrate various interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.
- Active South Carolina MD/DO license.
- DEA registration.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Strong patient assessment skills.
