Key Responsibilities

  • Shipping: Prepare shipments, including selecting appropriate packaging and arranging for carrier pickups, to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure they meet our high standards, and identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to shipping and inventory.
  • Documentation: Complete shipping and inventory documentation accurately and efficiently, utilizing our electronic documentation system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize workflows and meet deadlines, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping role is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move packages of various sizes (up to [weight limit] pounds).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Forklift certification is an advantage.
