Job Opportunity

**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst

**Job Summary:** Golden Touch ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality patient care and promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement ABA curriculum plans, reviewing and updating them on a regular basis.
  • Develop behavior intervention plans to address client needs.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Review and analyze ABA data to inform program changes.
  • Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Licensure with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience providing ABA therapy.
  • Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes.
  • Basic Life Support certification or willingness to complete training within 30 days of hire.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or other clinic locations.
