Job Opportunity at Sugarbush Resort

Sugarbush Resort is seeking a qualified Childcare Professional to join our team in the Day School. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
  • Ensure the development and safety of the children in accordance with relevant federal, state, and local legislation and policies.
  • Provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for the children.
  • Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education.
  • Specialized skills in activities applicable to children's interests.
  • Well-developed customer service skills.
