Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a key member of our mobile imaging team, you will be responsible for performing echocardiography studies in various service locations throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to patient locations in company-supplied vehicles to perform echocardiography studies
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality images and patient care
- Demonstrate safe work practices and maintain accurate records of patient information and procedure details
- Operate portable ultrasonic equipment with cardiac capabilities at patient's bedside or other designated exam settings
- Prepare images for reading by radiologist or requesting physician and transmit them according to company protocols
- Must meet state-specific and federal requirements for training, education, competency, certification, and licensure to perform echocardiography studies
- Adult Cardiac Sonographer with satisfactory completion of an accredited non-invasive cardiovascular training program, or ARDMS registered in adult echocardiography with RDCS (AE) designation required
- Two years' experience as a cardiac sonographer or vascular tech preferred
- Additional Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) desired
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits including shift differentials, on-call pay, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
