What You Will Do

You will work directly with homeowners and insurance companies to determine damage to properties, scope of repairs, bid, and estimate jobs.

Act as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies.

Be present at the time of production to monitor progress and quality of work.


What We Are Looking For

We are looking for self-starters who can work independently and drive towards success.

Effective presentation skills, a friendly personality, and effective communication are must-haves.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and we welcome individuals with an aptitude for learning and a keen ability to persuade.

Reliable transportation and the ability to carry and set up equipment are also essential.
