We are looking for a talented Sales Consultant to join our team at Koncept Automotive Group in Pratt City Ford. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and Implement Dealership Sales Process: Develop a deep understanding of our sales process and implement it effectively to drive sales growth.
- Own the Sales Process: Take ownership of every stage of the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Presentation and Demonstration of Inventory: Showcase our inventory to customers and provide detailed demonstrations.
- Daily Inventory Report Management: Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Market Share Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
- Monthly Performance Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly performance plans.
- Customer Satisfaction and Performance Metrics: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet or exceed performance metrics, including Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units.
- Product Knowledge and Certification: Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification requirements.
- CRM Software Proficiency: Have a solid understanding of CRM software and its applications in sales and customer management.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, basic life insurance, accident & critical illness insurance, paid training, and employee purchase program.
