Job Summary:
Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neuro Rehabilitation Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide comprehensive neuropsychological and behavioral assessments, design effective treatment plans, and provide individual and group education, training, and psychotherapy to our clients.
About the Role:
- Provide neuropsychological and behavioral assessments and design effective individual consumer treatment plans, consistent with Recipient Rights, State of Michigan AFC Licensing rules, APA and specialty board practice guidelines, and APA ethical standards.
- Provide individual and group education, training, and psychotherapy when clinically indicated.
- Provide leadership in formulating a consensus regarding client characteristics and development of a consistent treatment approach to identified goals in the context of interdisciplinary treatment.
- Provide consultation services to individuals served, referral and funding sources, HNNR staff, and involved parties relevant to client treatment.
- Participate in program development and evaluation.
- Participate in education and training activities of employees.
- Participate in or develop research activities to advance awareness of the consequences and treatment of BI.
- Advance awareness of the HNNR BI program in our community through presentations at workshops and conferences and involvement with professional associations.
- Provide psychological services to contractual agencies as an employee of Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation.
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree from an accredited university in a clinical psychology health profession (Health Psychology, Rehabilitation Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or Counseling Psychology).
- Full Psychologist License in Michigan.
- Minimum of 2 years doctoral clinical service experience in health service psychology.
