Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare apartments for new residents.
  • Complete maintenance and repair requests promptly.
  • Manage inventory of materials and supplies.

  • Supervise the work of external contractors when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is essential.
  • CPO and HVAC certifications are preferred.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment is required.
  • Ability to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on deadlines.
Requirements:

Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are crucial. A minimum of two years of multifamily maintenance experience, including plumbing and electrical work, is required. HVAC certification is advantageous and can be obtained through our Tuition Reimbursement Program.

Applicants must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and possess a valid Driver's License. Weekend work and on-call emergency maintenance may be necessary.
