We are on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Strategic Partner to become a vital member of our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales, operations, and marketing go-to-market teams by offering administration, training, documentation, reporting, and light development within our CRM platform. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of CRM systems, exceptional analytical abilities, and a commitment to enhancing sales process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a thorough Salesforce strategy that aligns with revenue objectives and operational excellence goals. Establish Salesforce as the definitive source for all customer interactions and records. Maintain a comprehensive Salesforce roadmap that aligns business goals with platform capabilities to foster innovation, efficiency, and growth.
  2. CRM Management: Onboard new employees and oversee security protocols within Salesforce. Document procedures, address user inquiries and requests, and manage public groups. Update and modify custom processes, troubleshoot process issues, and collaborate with the sales team to manage pricing structures. Adapt the system to reflect organizational changes and ensure compliance with Salesforce software updates.
  3. Process Alignment and Optimization: Collaborate with various departmental teams to identify and enhance Salesforce processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and seamless integration with business systems and workflows. Ensure that Salesforce development efforts align with our customer segmentation strategy and that data management practices support our overall business objectives within each segment.
  4. CRM Mastery and Training: Create a comprehensive Salesforce training program aimed at maximizing adoption and proficiency across sales teams. Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce enhancements and updates throughout the organization.
  5. Operational Excellence: Advocate for continuous process improvement initiatives within our CRM and marketing automation platforms to boost sales operations' productivity and efficiency. Proactively evaluate system configurations, processes, and workflows to enhance user productivity, data accuracy, and overall system performance.
  6. Data Management and Analytics: Oversee data governance and integrity within Salesforce, promoting best practices for data hygiene, enrichment, and maintenance. Design and manage custom reports and dashboards to deliver essential sales analytics, fostering data-driven decision-making at all levels. Construct and manage advanced reporting systems to provide real-time insights that guide sales and marketing strategies and refine performance metrics. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess progress toward revenue objectives.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or higher, along with a proven track record in CRM platform management.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or a similar role demonstrating a strong aptitude for enhancing sales processes and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in utilizing data analytics to uncover insights that inform strategic business decisions.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Conga, and strong Microsoft Excel skills are advantageous.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering impactful training sessions and developing support materials.
  • Experience in maintaining up-to-date sales documentation and marketing resources, including proficiency in version control.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and aligning diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
