  • Communication and Coordination
    • Facilitate effective communication among healthcare teams, patients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely access and utilization of advanced diabetes technology.
    • Coordinate troubleshooting efforts and training sessions with healthcare teams and company representatives, utilizing a standardized toolkit to ensure patients receive optimal support.
    • Ensure patients have access to all necessary resources and education to comprehend the initiation and utilization processes related to advanced diabetes technology.
    • Reinforce education and training to encourage and sustain optimal use of diabetes technology among patients.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
