Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Family Medicine team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

• Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and families in a family medicine setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct phone triage and in-basket management to ensure timely and effective care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts.
• BLS certification.
• Proficiency with an EHR, Epic experience preferred.
