- Develop and implement discharge plans to promote successful patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in psychiatric nursing, with a preference for inpatient-level care
- Licensed in the state of Massachusetts as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
